标签的坚挺度是出标的关键,因此要求表面材料的一定的强度和硬度,标签的坚挺度又和材料的厚度和标签的面积有关,所以使用柔软的薄膜材料时,要适当增加其厚度,一般控制在100μm以上。薄的纸张类材料,如60~70g/m2的贴标纸,一般不适合做大标签,而适合加工成小标签,如标价枪上使用的价格标签。标签的坚挺度差会导致贴标时不出标,或标签同底纸一同复卷,使自动贴标失效。

Therefore, when using soft film material, the thickness should be

也称剥离力,是标签脱离底纸时的力。离型力与粘合剂的种类、厚度及底纸表面的涂硅情况有关,还和贴标时的环境温度有关。离型力太小,标签在

adhesive, the silicon coating on the surface of the backing paper and
the ambient temperature at the time of labeling. The release force is
too small, and the label is easy to fall off the label (off the backing
paper) during the conveying process; the release force is too large, and
it is difficult for the label to leave the backing paper, so it is
unable to issue the label. The technical indexes should be controlled
synthetically to make the parting force within a reasonable range.
